Pre-screening Program

This program was designed for Real Estate Investors who would like a more qualified buyer. The investor would send all prospective clients to ESA to determine which applicants would be the best candidates for their investment houses.

• Eligible applicants will be referred to ESA to determine if the applicant will be able to exercise a lease option within an 18 to 24 month time frame as indicated by the investor.
• ESA will pull a tri-merge credit report and setup an information worksheet on each client.
• ESA will be responsible in determining the following client criteria:

1. If the client has the financial ability to rebuild their credit.
2. If the client has the desire and motivation to rebuild their credit.
3. If the client has the stability to rebuild their credit.
4. If the client has the ability to complete the program within the 18 to 24 months and achieve the credit score required by the lender.

Once it has been determined that a referred client meets the criteria outlined above, ESA will provide all the services, educational training, and one-on-one counseling in the field of home ownership to pre-qualify the client to the acceptable requirements of the lender they would be using at a pre-determined date in the future when they purchase the house.
