Credit Education & Restoration Program
This program is directed towards people who desire to improve their credit
standing to the acceptable standards set forth by the Federal National Mortgage
Association (FNMA or Fannie Mae).
ESA
agrees to provide all services, educational training and one-on-one counseling
in the field of credit enhancement to strengthen your credit score. ESA's
services include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Remove inaccurate, erroneous and obsolete

- Strategies for getting out of Debt
- Credit card offers, games, balance transfers
and debt
- Verification and validation of debts
- How to avoid bankruptcy
- Personal financial budgeting
- Understanding your financial situation
- Value of good credit
- Monthly credit analysis counseling on:

Payment history
2)
Credit accounts
3)
Credit usage
4)
Potential score improvement recommendations
5)
Sophisticated credit management.
3. Negotiate settlement agreements with creditors
and/or collection agencies
4. Prepare settlement agreements for payments
and/or cash discounts
5. Assist client in satisfying all credit obligations
6. Prepare all letters and documents to accomplish
all the above items
